Consequences - Aleatha Romig If about 60% of this book was cut, I would have loved it. The ending made up for a lot, but it took FOREVER to freaking get there. I get that all of the filler needed to be there and that there was a huge reason for it, but that did not make it any less boring while I was reading all of it. Anthony was an extremely well-written asshole. So much so that I had no flipping clue why Claire stayed, much less loved him. I get Stockholm as the usual excuse, but I wasn't feeling it for this book. She admitted to hating him and wanting to get away way to often to make it a plausible read for me. However, after that ending, I'll continue the series. I'll just hope that I'll spend less time skimming and more time reading when I do.
